100% Sangiovese. The tradition, culture and passion of the Chianti Terroire find their maximum expression. 50% of this wine is aged in second passage French oak tonneaux to maintain the scents, colors and emotions that only Chianti Classico can give.
This wine is produced with selected grapes: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot. Aged for 30 months in French oak tonneaux, it ages for 12 months in bottle before being marketed. It has an intense ruby red color with aromas of vanilla, red fruit and coffee.
Rosso di Toscana
Tradition is renewed in this wine, which finds the ancient grapes of Chianti: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino and Malvasia. Matured in concrete and steel tanks, it is fresh, fruity, ruby red in color, ideal for accompanying traditional Tuscan dishes.

This wine is produced from the selection of 60% Sangiovese and 40% Merlot grapes. Aged for about 24 months in French oak tonneaux, after an aging of 8 months in bottle, it is ready to be tasted. Intense ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it releases aromas of red fruit, coffee, spices and vanilla.
Grappa distilled in stainless steel and copper stills, ensuring the best results in terms of quality according to traditional bain-marie methods.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Casafrassi Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from olives of the Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino varieties. The extraction of the oil is carried out by working at low temperatures, which allows to preserve all the qualities and organoleptic properties that characterize this product.
